Vatican spokesman Federico Lombardi, who had previously said that the Conclave would begin on or shortly after March 15, said that it is possible that the Conclave will be closer than that saying "It is possible that church authorities can prepare a proposal to be taken up by the cardinals on the first day after the papal vacancy."
This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone being that Pope Benedict's announcement came as such a shock to even his inner circle. What seems to be the rush?
In St. Malachi's prophecy of the Popes (seen in this post ) it was prophesied by St. Malachi that there would be 112 popes, and the final pope would be named Peter and he would lead his sheep into destruction.
I take it as the destruction he speaks of to be the Great Tribulation, and I am assuming that the final pope will be the false prophet. There is one Cardinal that fits the qualifications of the false prophet and his name is Peter Turkson.
So why is this whole thing moving so quickly? I believe something is about to happen. Stay tuned friends.
